A BED TIME STORY...

Like all parents I wake most mornings to find "more" in my bed. Be it an early morning snuggler or the dreaded midnight visitor.

Hello, I'm Ellie Danckert owner and designer of a refreshingly different Australian junior sleepwear label affectionaley named "Four in the Bed". 

I started my label in 2010 partly to get my creative brain working again after the Babymania stage but mainly out sheer frustration of not being able to find classic cotton sleepwear for my own kids. "Proper nighties and pyjamas" as my Mother would say. 

Four in the Bed is created from my home at Deniliquin, which is located on the edge of outback New South Wales. I live here with husband Lachie and two darling daughters Georgia & Lucy.

Each season, I aim to offer you beautiful timeless children's nightwear that not only looks great on now, but will continue to do so from the oldest to the youngest child in your family.
