Q. Is it safe to purchase online using my credit card?
A. The payment process is protected with industry standard encryption called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and we can guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying at Four in the Bed. Our online merchant is ANZ Bank and our payment gateway is SecurePay. Please be assured that your financial information is automatically encrypted keeping your credit card details safe.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item if it isn’t right? A. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If something is not right please let us know so that we can fix it - we can send you a new size, colour or different style. Please see returns & exchanges for full details.
Q. How do I know what size is right for my child?
A. Located on the HOME PAGE under the heading "SHOP" is our "SIZING" page. Please see this page to view our sizing chart to help you determine the correct size. This chart is a guide only to assist in choosing the correct size for your child. As we all know children come in different shapes and sizes despite being the same age.
Q. I don’t have a credit card, how can I purchase from Four in the Bed? A. If you do not own a credit card then you can pay by direct deposit. Our bank account details will be provided to you at the end of the payment process and an email will be sent to you confirming when payment has been received.
Q. Are your products low fire danger?
A. All children's sleepwear sold within Australia must comply with the Australian and New Zealand standards for children's nightwear (AS/NZS 1249:2003).
All our products conform with this standard. Our pyjamas are styled to reduce fire hazard and are therefore labelled "low fire danger". Our nighties are classified as a Category 4 garment within this Standard (AS/NZS 1249:2003) and hence must have a "High Fire Danger" label. The High Fire Danger label is there to ensure that parents and carers are aware of the dangers of leaving children unsupervised in rooms with open fires and heaters.
We would like to remind our customers not to put their children near heaters, open fire places, gas stove burners or electric hotplates, especially if they are wearing loose or flowing garments (daywear or nightwear).
