Delivery & Postage 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

We deliver orders to you via AUSTRALIA POST E-parcel service. Postage is based on the weight and number of pieces ordered. Please note that Four in the Bed is based in outer regional NSW and so our postage charges are higher than businesses located in metro areas. Unfortunately, Australia Post Express Parcel Post service is not available from Deniliquin.

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens Four in the Bed is not liable. Please call us to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.

Delivery Time Frame Within Australia:

Sydney, Melbourne & Regional Victoria - 3 days.

Brisbane, Adelaide & Regional East Coast - 3 - 5 days.

Perth, Darwin and Regional WA and NT - 5 - 10 days.

International Postage

If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. Postage charges are based on the weight. We use Australia Post Pack and Track International. You will pay the Australia postal charges and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Please note the following delivery time frames are estimates provided to us by Australia Post International.

Delivery Time Frames International:

China - 8 days

New Zealand - 5 days

Rest of Asia - 6 days

United Kingdom - 6 days

United States and Canada - 5 days


Exchange & Returns

Four in the Bed will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed garments for a full refund or exchange for purchases made from our website within 14 days of the order date. We will credit your original method of payment. Proof of purchase is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. 

If you need to return, simply login to your account on our website, view the order using the "COMPLETE ORDERS" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item (s) button. Print off a copy of the tax invoice and include this with the return product. Take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return garment via registered mail to ensure the safety as we do not take responsibility for garments lost in transit. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned garments. Please allow 14 days from the day you post for your account to be credited. 

If you would like to exchange a garment - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what you are after including the style number, colour, and size you would like, so that we can put it on hold for you. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on exchange garments.

Unfortunately, sale garments cannot be returned or exchanged.  And, if your garment has been purchased from one of our retailers please contact the retailer. We cannot accept returns for garments purchased through a third party.


Faulty Garment

We take great pride in our sleepwear and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty garment from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact Customer Service on 0408 839 073 or e-mail to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the garment in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the garment.


Out of Stocks

We aim to update our site product availability multiple times a day, however in some rare instances, another customer may have selected to purchase the same garment as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day of the products unavailability. If we can not organize an exchange - we will refund you immediately.
